- How can I determine the authenticity of my product?
  If you would like to investigate the authenticity of a product, you would have to contact your nearest Flagship Boutique for an in-store appointment; if this is unfeasibile, the validity would have to be authorised via email. Please have the item's Warranty Card available, which features its Product Code
  - this helps us to identify the product under investigation. Be sure to include a photo of the product with a description of the feature(s) you would like us to verify
  - please be aware that it is not easy to confirm the authenticity with solely the Product Code

- What is MCM doing to prevent knock-off products?
  
  We pride ourselves in establishing and maintaining MCM's heritage in the art of craftsmanship design. Since 1976, we have mastered this art into a science, providing the foremost handcrafted luxury goods from Germany. Given the sincerity, dedication and effort it takes to create each product, we believe it is of the utmost importance that we maintain the integrity of our decades-old heritage of craftsmanship design in order to uphold our reputation of quality, authenticity and inimitability.
  
  As such, each of our products feature a unique Brassplate
  - we make sure that each piece is carefully engraved with their own unique codes
  - each code is individual and unique, where no two are (or ever will be) alike. Lastly, we make sure that all of our products include a special Warranty Card, which itemises the item's special product code
  - when investigating the authenticity and validity of an MCM product, make sure that the item has a Warranty Card, and to name the location of purchase. The provision of these two essential elements will insure
  1) The validity of the product, and
  2) The validity of the point of sale. All inquiries must be reviewed on a per-case basis

- I'd like to purchase the big stuffed animals in the shop. How can I purchase them?
  
  Some of our products are for visual display only and are unfortunately not available for purchase. Others however, such as Cognac Visetos animal charms or smaller/medium-sized dogs can be purchased. Please speak with the Store Manager for further details
- There are differences between MCM products in overseas shops and Korean shops. Why are they different?
  
  While the majority of our core lines are available worldwide, some of our collections are exclusively available solely within specified regions. In order to ascertain whether or not a product is the same or different, please to refer to a product's STYLE NUMBER, which can be located on our Worldwide Site, and within products' Warranty Cards. - I lost my warranty card. Is it still possible to receive after-service?
  
  Should you lose your Warranty Card, you will unfortunately loose all eligibility for gratuitous afterservice costs. Please try to locate your receipt, or contact the location of your purchase in assessing the feasibilities of whether or not a proof of purchase can be ascertained. An authentic proof of purchase can act as a temporary Warranty Card.
- Do you charge for after-service?
  
  All MCM purchases automatically receive a one-year warrany-guarantee for any afterservice needs, such as damage, wear and tear & contamination via the exclusive Warranty Card. During this period, all afterservices are gratuitous provided that you present your product Warranty Card to the appropriate Store Manager. Should you require after-services after the first year purchase-period has expired, you will be required to bear all relevant costs. In these cases you will be responsible for all shipping costs for domestic or international after-services (even with a valid Warranty Card).
- The product I purchased is defectively dyed. Is there a way to remove the colour?
  
  Always make sure to keep products within their protective dust bags before and after use. Dyed garments such as denim or dark colours can potentially stain or contaminate MCM products. For mild or light stain removal, utilise a soft cloth or dust-wipe with water and mild detergent, gently wiping away any stains. Be sure not to wipe abrasively as this can damage the material and/or pattern. Remember to remove stains and/or contamination by liquid or dyes immediatoely to avoid permanent stains. Lastly, m ake sure that excessive water does not make contact with leather handles or trim/linings. - Is a product with defective colour refundable or exchangeable?
  
  Products are not eligible for returns or exchanges if they are not in their original conditions. This includes abrasive friction and/or puctures from external objects, stains on the material(s), and generalised wear-and-tear
